The Company enjoys excellent relations with the following agencies, the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority, Canadian Immigration Control, the Guyana Police Force, CANU, Guyana Defense Force, the Guyana Revenue Authority, Ministry of  National Security, the US State Department, the US Customs, FBI, DEA, US Department of Justice, TSA, Dept of Homeland Security and IATA. All staff are trained locally by the Caribbean Airlines Training Unit, SI&C Inc., American Airlines, Longport Aviation, US Department of State, TSA and the Canadian Immigration Control Liaison Service.
