''Secure Innovations and Concepts Inc (SI&C Inc.) began operations in 1995 as TOPGUN Security Services (TSS) providing security services, electronic device maintenance and service, firearm services and ammunition manufacturing. In 2003 TSS became TOPGUN Aviation Security Services (TASS) to provide airline security services to Air Transat, a Canadian Airline.

The Change.In June 2006 TASS became Secure Innovations and Concepts Inc. and continued to provide airline and other specialized security services to all major scheduled airlines in Guyana. SI&C Inc. provides Background Check services, residential and office security, GPS Monitoring, off-site CCTV monitoring, Guard Touring Systems, Firearm Training, CCTV Installations, cash escorts, personal protection, vehicle escort and electronic surveillance services.

Our Team
The company was founded and is managed by Harold Hopkinson, who is known internationally, as an Aviation Security Specialist, he has received two Commendations from the US Department of Justice and has been certified by the US Diplomatic Security Services. The senior staff of SI&C Inc. have been trained in the United States of America by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Department of Defense, Department of Customs and Border Patrol, Department of Justice, T.S.A. and the Immigration, and Custom Enforcement (ICE). Mr. Hopkinson is also the Director of Security for Ogle Airport Inc, Security Advisor to Ogle Aircraft Owners Guyana and is a member of National Anti-Narcotic Agency. The Human Resources and Financial Director is Mrs. Roxana Hopkinson and Mr. Deryck Grosvenor, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ret.) is the General Manager in charge of Operations.
